AidAgents

For survivors, families and the people who serve them

AidAgent helps survivors plan their recovery and see it through.

Survivors build their recovery plan on the disaster’s recovery website. AidAgent then supports them until the recovery is done, with or without a case manager.

Anyone can search the marketplace without an account.

  1. Plan

Build a recovery plan with AidAgent

On the disaster’s recovery website, describe your situation in your own words and language. AidAgent’s AI builds the plan with you, with the step that unblocks the rest first.

  2. Match

See every program you qualify for

AidAgent checks your situation against the eligibility requirements of every program open for your disaster.

  3. Apply

    Let AidAgent manage the applications

It prepares each application, tracks deadlines and responses, and notices when a denial can be appealed.

  4. Track

Stay on track as things change

AidAgent keeps working with you until the recovery is complete, re-checking everything when your situation or the available help changes.

02Hand-off

When a case manager arrives

They inherit a documented file, not a blank page. The family does not tell the story again.

If nobody comes

AidAgent keeps working and tells the family honestly where things stand, rather than going quiet.

03The record

The record belongs to the survivor.

Answer once. Each organization receives only what its criteria require, and only with the survivor's consent.

  • The survivor sees all of it

Everything told, applied for and received, in one place, at any hour.

  • Nothing moves unless they say so

They can decline and lose nothing, or change their mind and the sharing stops.

  • No agency shares with another

The family is the constant, and decides how much each partner sees.

04Questions

Questions survivors ask us.

Do you decide whether I qualify?

No. Each resource provider makes its own decision. AidAgent checks your situation and points you to the right ones.

Does this cost me anything?

No. It’s free to survivors and families, always.

Will this replace my case manager?

No. If you have one, keep them. AidAgent works alongside them, and helps you if you don’t have one.

Will you handle my insurance claim?

No. That’s licensed work. Your plan tracks where your claim stands.
